Lynell graduated from the University
of Northern Colorado with a Masters of
Arts degree in Community Counseling,
with an emphasis in Marriage and Family
Therapy.

Lynell has been a psychotherapist in
Colorado and California. Her work in
non-profit agencies for over ten years
provided valuable experience counseling
at-risk youth, children with special needs and their families. Her spectrum of knowledge expands from teaching parenting education classes, counseling K-12 and university students in an academic setting, and working with Hospice. These diverse opportunities nurtured her passion for working with individuals in all aspects of their lives.

In Rapid City, her practice specializes in adolescents, individuals, couples, families, and EMDR. As a private practitioner she works with a broad spectrum of clients. Lynell is serving as a board member for the SD Board of Examiners and is currently the board President.
